He may know how to fight muggle style but he was also a gentleman. He stepped back, his arm low protecting his side, as he gave Lucius the opportunity to get up. Though he was sure if the situation were reversed, that he would not be given the same chance. He must have hurt Lucius pretty good as the man held his side as he slowly got up.
Suddenly Lucius lunged for him. James stepped back, trying to evade the oncoming punch, but his heel came up against the curb throwing him off balance. He took the hit just under his nose sending his glasses flying. Rocking his head back, splitting his lip, sending him flailing backwards as blood gushed from his nose and lips. Unable to keep his balance he fell back into the railing which collapsed under his weight. He felt the wound on his side tear open, warm red blood began to soak his shirt, awakening the pain. But that was the least of his worries. As he rolled over to get up, dizziness and a wave of nausea threatened to put him back down. Pausing he blinked several times and shook his head, clearing the blackness. Then he stumbled to his feet.
Taking a deep breath James bored into Lucius throwing three brutally hard punches to his abdomen. Lucius swung back as James ducked low inside grabbing Lucius' upper leg with both arms. He stood up flipping Lucius over his back and into the plate glass window of Terror Tours where he hit with a hard thud. The glass shattered sending shards everywhere. Lucius laid there on the display unmoving.
Head throbbing, bloodied and tired, James bent over, hands on his knees catching his breath. After a minute he moved over an picked up his glasses. Surprisingly they weren't broken. Swaying slightly he put them on turned and walked away, making his way though the crowd that still stood there. Leaving Lucius on display he left.
