Pulling on her small ballet shoes, Nymphadora strained her ears to hear what was being said downstairs, but failed miserably. She wasn't desparate to know what was being discussed, but more curious to know the events taking place in the Wizarding world. The six year old was currently to young to know what went on, and the newspapers were often written in a confusing way that made no sense to her at all. On the odd occasion she'd tried asking her parents about it, but they hadn't told her anything new. Although disappointed by the whole thing, nothing was bad enough to tarnish her mood that day.
Heading for the door with a bright smile on her face, Tonks grabbed her Twitchy Witch purse from the dressing table before heading downstairs, still trying her hardest to hear the hushed voices from the living room. She wasn't completely sure just how many people were in there, nor who they were - other than her parents of course. However, it wasn't anything new to her either, as meetings between particular people were regular. Once again, Nymphadora knew nothing of the meeting's purpose, and failed to find out with each try. Reaching the door, she tapped lightly, requesting permission to enter without disturbing anything. The child didn't fail to notice the sudden silence that feel after her knocking, but was pleased when everyone in the room bade goodbye to each other and a fair few pops followed.
Turning away from the door, Nymphadora waited by the front door patiently, knowing someone would come out eventually. Five minutes passed before the door was opened and someone headed out into the hallway - Dorcas. An instant grin appeared on Dora's face, pleased that her trip was about to start. She'd waited pretty much all week for that particular day, and was pleased it'd finally arrived. Within the next ten minutes, Nymphadora was standing in a muggle Square next to Dorcas, waiting for their shopping trip to begin.
[Sorry, it's not that brilliant, lack of idea's for starter >< :]]

Dorcas stood with a fair few people from the Order in the Tonks' living room. It wasn't an official kind of meeting, just a get together to discuss when the next meeting would be. She hadn't been there too long when there had been a knock on the door. Her lips cracked into a smile as goodbyes were said and pops of disapparations took place, all but her, Meda and Ted had gone though Dorcas gave her farewells to the married couple a short while after everyone else had left and headed out the door where the knock had come from.
Stepping into the hallway she saw Nymphadora, who had obviously spotted her and started grinning. Of course, Dorcas wasn't cruel or heartless so she couldn't help but grin back. She didn't have any kids of her own and she never planned on having any, so really, this was as close as she was going to get to any kind of children. Kidnapping a friends for a bit and then handing them back at the end of the day when they started to get cranky and tired. That suited Dorcas a heck of a lot more. Sure she'd calmed down since her high school days, but she was still what one would call 'free-spirited' others a 'slut' and really, what kind of mother would that make her to any child?
Within seconds Nymphadora and Dorcas were stood at the square, a favourite place of Dorcas', somewhere where she had seen many bands preform, spent many times alone, wallowing in self-pity and where she'd also come with a lot of guys. Well, it was just a great all around place and there were muggle shops everywhere and that was exactly what they needed. Hallowe'en was coming up and Dorcas was helping Nymphadora out with a costume. Dorcas planned on getting a simple muggle costume for Nymphadora and then spicing it up with all sorts of magical things for her to go trick or treating in.
Dorcas crouched down to Nymphadora's height and looked dead into her eyes with a smile. The one thing you could always guarantee with Nymphadora was that she'd shout at you if you called her something she didn't like"Right kid-o, what are we calling you today? 'Dora', 'Tonks', 'Tonksie' or 'The Dreaded N'?" Dorcas put on a fake, scary voice and furrowed her brow at the last name. She curled up her fingers a little too and tickled at Dora's stomach. Yeah, she got a little crazy around kids, but why shouldn't she? Most of them had a great time. Though really the only kids she ever spent time with were Bill, Charlie, Percy and Dora. Though thinking of the Weasley's, she should get over and see the twins, they'd be what now? 6 months?
